Wire mesh omission countermeasure construction - Non-Rus Green method
Vegetation substrate spraying work that achieved shortened construction periods, cost reduction, labor saving, and reduced CO2 emissions due to the omission of wire mesh installation.
This construction method involves directly spraying a high-quality organic growth substrate "Orgasoil" mixed with a reinforcement material "Non-Ras Fiber" and a thickening adhesive "Non-Ras Bond" onto the ground, thereby eliminating the need for wire mesh installation (Ras installation) while enhancing erosion resistance and strength. Although the wire mesh omission method has been developed and adopted in various regions across the country, it had the drawback of the growth substrate peeling off due to weather and site conditions when the spray thickness was thin. This method significantly improves the durability of the growth substrate through the use of the newly developed "Non-Ras Bond" and "Non-Ras Fiber," addressing the shortcomings of conventional techniques.
